Q. Is the data I supply at registration safe?

A. Yes, we only ask for basic information and never divulge these details to any outside sources.

Q. Do I need to provide a credit or debit card?

A. No and Never.

Q. How many people can be on a conference call at any one time?

A. As many as you like really. However if you are looking for over 100 delegates at one time, we request that you let us know in advance.

Q. After registration, how long until I can use the service?

A. You should receive your PIN instantly by email. Once you have received this, your service usually takes 10 minutes to become live.
